Building
The Cincinnati division is located in a modern fully-equipped building in a major industrial park north of the city of Cincinnati, Ohio, U.S.A. We have 100,000 sq. ft. (11,000 sq. meters) of manufacturing and 15,000 sq. ft. (1,400 sq. meters) of office space all contained on our 15 acre site. Access to road, rail, maritime and air transport is easy and rapid.
Machinery
The facility is equipped with the most up-to-date machinery and equipment for handling and welding according to strict American Welding Society criteria.
We have lifting capability to 40,000 lbs, high overhead clearance and oversize doors. Production and testing equipment includes the ability to fully test all our products mechanically, pneumatically and electrically. We also perform structural welding and pressure tests.
Our welding capabilities include plasma, MIG and TIG, and we work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and high nickel alloys such as Hastelloy C276.
