Building
The Montreal division is headquartered in a modern fully-equipped building located in a major industrial park south of the city of Montreal, Canada. Access to road, rail, maritime and air transport is easy and rapid.
We also have a network of qualified sub-contractors in several countries around the world. All sub-contracted work is supervised by fully-qualified Effox-Flextor quality inspectors and welding supervisors.
Machinery
The facility is equipped with the most up-to-date machinery and equipment for handling and welding according to strict American Welding Society and Canadian Welding Bureau criteria.
We have lifting capability to 20,000 lbs, high overhead clearance and door sizes of 20 feet by 18 feet. Production and testing equipment includes the ability to fully test all our products mechanically, pneumatically and electrically. We also perform structural welding and pressure tests.
Our welding capabilities include plasma, MIG and TIG, and we work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and high nickel alloys such as Hastelloy C276.
