Many of our key personnel have been with the company since its inception. Additional personnel have been added over the years who have damper and expansion joint experience. Effox-Flextor is one of the very few major damper or expansion joint manufacturers that has maintained this degree of continuity in its organization.
We follow a strict project management methodology using project scheduling and tracking sofware designed for the challenges of the engineered-to-order production environment.
